Store Manager

Located in Waltham, MA

Our client is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of their retail wellness store in Waltham, MA. This role is responsible for leading store performance, inventory management, merchandising, staff development, and customer experience while providing knowledgeable guidance on vitamins, nutritional supplements, and natural wellness products. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for holistic health and delivering exceptional customer service.

Location: Waltham, MA
Schedule: Full-Time (M-F, with rotating Saturdays)
Pay: $28.85-$33.65/hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily retail operations to ensure exceptional customer service and overall store performance
• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop a team of 5–8 retail associates
• Manage inventory, purchasing, merchandising, and product presentation
• Ensure accurate cash handling and compliance with company procedures
• Support and grow online sales through Shopify, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms
• Educate customers on vitamins, supplements, herbal products, and natural wellness solutions
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and healthcare professionals
• Coordinate promotions, educational events, and community outreach initiatives
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Collaborate with internal departments to support operational success

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of retail management experience required
• Strong knowledge of vitamins, nutritional supplements, herbal products, and holistic wellness
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational abilities
• Experience with inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations
• Proficiency with retail POS systems; experience with Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms preferred
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout the workday
