Summary:
Our client in Elgin is seeking a Picker to join their 2nd shift team. In this role, you will separate metal and plastic materials, remove unnecessary materials, and support production operations in a fast-paced environment.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Separate metal and plastic materials as orders come through the production line.
  • Dispose of materials that are not needed according to established procedures.
  • Monitor materials on a continuously moving conveyor belt.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow safety and quality standards while working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Comfortable standing and working around a moving conveyor belt.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to sort materials accurately.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
