Medical Receptionist — Psychology Clinic
(Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm)

Pay: Starting at $18/hr
Location: Mankato, MN

We’re hiring a Medical Receptionist for a local psychology clinic. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity with consistent weekday hours.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• 7:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Flexible 8-10 hour shift within this window

• Experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

• Check in patients and provide a welcoming front-desk experience

• Answer phones and assist with scheduling

• Manage patient intake forms and testing assessments

• Maintain accurate records and support clinicians with daily office tasks

• Provide professional, empathetic customer service

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable using computers and scheduling software

• Reliable, consistent attendance

• Previous medical office experience helpful but not required
