Electrical Assemblers (2 Openings)

Location: Tulare County

Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off!

Occasional mandatory overtime is required during project deadlines and high-production periods.

We are seeking 2 experienced Electrical Assemblers to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in electrical panel assembly, industrial wiring, and automated equipment installation.

Responsibilities

Assemble, wire, test, and maintain electrical panels, wiring, and equipment.
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Install and wire high and low voltage electrical systems.
Install and wire motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), photo sensors, limit switches, encoders, and PLC-controlled equipment.
Assemble and wire automated equipment used in post-harvest produce processing.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems and components.
Use electrical testing equipment to identify and resolve issues.
Complete installations accurately while meeting project specifications and deadlines.
Communicate material shortages and project status proactively.
Maintain accurate time entries and assigned work orders.
Assist with inventory control of electrical parts and supplies.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.

Qualifications

Experience with industrial electrical assembly and panel wiring.
Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
Knowledge of high and low voltage electrical systems.
Experience with PLC wiring, VFDs, motors, sensors, and automated equipment preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
