We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Counter/Warehouse Associate to. This position involves assisting customers at the sales counter, processing orders, stocking inventory, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is punctual, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter with product inquiries and purchases
• Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
• Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Perform inventory counts and assist with stock control
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Operate basic warehouse equipment safely
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds regularly
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills are a plus
