Seasonal General Laborer

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal

Season: August through Mid-November

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

 

Job Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable pool and spa company seeking reliable Seasonal General Laborers to assist with the fall pool closing season. This is a full-time seasonal position for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying physically active, and working as part of a team. No previous pool experience is required. Training will be provided.

 

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with residential and commercial pool closings
• Remove, clean, and install pool covers
• Help winterize pools and equipment
• Load and unload tools, supplies, and materials
• Perform general labor and job site cleanup
• Safely use hand tools and equipment
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Provide professional customer service while working at customer homes

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Dependable with strong attendance
• Able to work well with a team
• General labor, landscaping, construction, moving, warehouse, or similar experience is helpful but not required
