Part-Time Environmental Services Technician

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-9:00 PM (Approximately 30 hours per week)

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to help maintain two nearby facilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping workspaces clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms while ensuring supplies are fully stocked.
• Complete light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and basic facility upkeep.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe environments at both work locations.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or repair needs to management.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial, janitorial, or light maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation to travel between two nearby work locations.
• Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform routine physical work.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance throughout both facilities.
• Safely access all areas of the facilities while completing assigned duties.
