Event & General Day Labor Associate

Location: Sonoma County Area
Schedule: Part-Time | Temporary & Seasonal Assignments
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00

Position Overview

We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team for a variety of temporary and seasonal assignments throughout the summer. Opportunities include event setup and breakdown, general labor, catering support, moving projects, and warehouse-style assignments. Ideal candidates are flexible, reliable, and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

Available Assignments

Event Setup & Breakdown

• Load and unload trailers
• Set up and arrange tables, chairs, tents, and event equipment
• Hang directional signs and event signage
• Assemble and disassemble racks, displays, and fixtures
• Maintain a safe work environment by being aware of moving equipment and trip hazards

Catering Support

• Assist with event setup and cleanup
• Serve food and plated meals
• Assist with basic food preparation
• Maintain clean and organized serving areas
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during events

Moving & General Labor

• Load and unload furniture and household items
• Assist with residential and commercial moving projects
• Lift, carry, and transport heavy items safely
• Follow directions and work efficiently as part of a team

Sorting & Warehouse Projects

• Sort products by letter and number into designated locations
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform general warehouse and production support as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Dependable with reliable transportation
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of English required for sorting and safety instructions
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, depending on assignment
