Located in Salinas, CA

Salary: $20.00/hr.

The role involves outdoor physical labor, including:
- Underground water line work
- Using hand tools (shoveling, sweeping, groundwork)
- Lifting
- Working on irrigation/sprinkler systems

• Perform a variety of manual labor tasks using basic hand tools and equipment. (Experience in general construction a plus!)
• Assist with deliveries and pickups, ensuring safe loading and unloading of materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License and clean DMV record
• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Experience with basic hand tools and/or general construction a plus

Hourly wage: $20.00/hr DOE
