What You'll Do

• Recruit and interview job seekers
• Match candidates with open positions
• Build relationships with local businesses
• Follow up with employees and clients
• Make outbound recruiting calls and texts
• Use technology and CRM systems to manage your pipeline
• Work toward recruiting and placement goals every week
