Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for an Administrative Assistant position for a Salina, KS company! We are a full-service staffing firm partnering with companies throughout Central Kansas offering full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. 

 

Pay: $19/hr

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and greet customers with excellent service
• Maintain organized files and office records
• Complete Payroll - Bi Weekly 
• Confidentiality 
• Run office errands as needed
• Assist with and coordinate with accounting department 
• Provide general administrative support to the office

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks
• Professional and dependable demeanor
• Previous administrative or office experience preferred
