Overview

We are seeking experienced and dependable Banquet Food & Beverage Event Workers to assist with the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events, weddings, conferences, corporate meetings, and special functions. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring events are executed efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications and floor plans.
• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, place settings, buffet stations, and event equipment.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain buffet stations and replenish food and beverage items as needed.
• Break down event spaces and properly store equipment and supplies.
• Work effectively with team members to ensure successful event execution.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of banquet, catering, hospitality, restaurant, or food and beverage service experience required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and adapt to changing event needs.
• Must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in the food industry or banquet service preferred; hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous
• Experience with beverage service, including wine knowledge and drink preparation
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to frequently bend, lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to move banquet tables, chairs, equipment, and supplies as required.
• Excellent communication skills in a diverse customer service environment

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available to work all shifts as needed, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Must be flexible to accommodate varying event schedules and business demands
