Day Shift Packer

Pay: $10.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM - 4:15 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Day Shift Packers to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for packaging cleaning products while maintaining quality standards, efficiency, and workplace safety. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work on their feet throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Package cleaning products according to company and customer specifications.
  • Inspect products for quality and identify any defects or discrepancies.
  • Label, seal, and prepare products for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Meet daily production goals and quality expectations.
  • Assist with line operations and other production-related duties as needed.
  • Work effectively with team members to ensure production schedules are achieved.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • Prior manufacturing, assembly, or packaging experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, and reach regularly during the shift.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around production equipment and cleaning product odors.
