Overview:

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a Temporary Property Manager Assistant to support a local property management office from July 27 through August 7. This is a great short-term opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who enjoys working in a professional office environment.

 

JOB DUTIES:

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to appropriate staff
• Take and relay messages in a professional manner
• Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Greet and assist visitors as needed
• Perform filing, scanning, and document organization
• Assist with data entry and record maintenance
• Provide general clerical and administrative support
• Complete additional office tasks and special projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous office or administrative experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer programs
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
• Professional demeanor and reliable attendance
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Hours/Shift:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Temporary Assignment: July 27 - August 7

 

Pay:

$23.67/hour
