1^st shift Store Manager #8897

Location: Waukesha, WI

Shift: Mon- Fri (8:30am -5:00pm)

Pay Rate: $27.50-$28.50p/hr

Description: Responsible for the general management of a manufacturing/store site. Will be expected to process metal orders, assist in sales, acting as a representative of the facility. Will be monitoring inventory, adjusting it when needed. Manage the team to reach peak operational efficiency, and organizing warehouse space. Assist with purchasing, quoting, product sourcing, and inside and outside sales. Oversee equipment use and maintenance. Plan, enforce, and maintain all safety procedures, and compliance.

Qualifiers:  Must have held a managerial/lead role in the past. Should be familiar with working in a manufacturing facility, handling equipment & managing machinery. Forklift operation nnice, but not required. Should have a willingness to learn though
