Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Join Our Team

We are seeking a skilled Welder / Fabricator to join our team. This position is responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components while producing high-quality welds that meet project specifications and safety standards. The ideal candidate has experience with multiple welding processes, can read blueprints, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to fabricate and assemble metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and fabrication specifications.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, structural integrity, and compliance with project requirements.
• Measure, cut, fit, and prepare materials for fabrication.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.

Qualifications

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Experience working in a fabrication or manufacturing shop.
• Experience welding steel, stainless steel, and/or aluminum.

Skills

• Proficiency with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes.
• Blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Precision welding and fabrication techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Basic math, measuring, and layout skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
