Express Employment Professionals is hiring an HVAC Installer and Service Technician for residential heating and cooling work. Candidates may qualify through professional HVAC experience or recent completion of a two-year HVAC training program.

You will need a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and your own core HVAC tools, including gauges. Job materials, supplies, and specialty tools will be provided or purchased by the employer.

What You Will Do

• Assist with or independently complete residential HVAC installations based on experience
• Install and connect heating and cooling equipment
• Perform equipment startups and operational checks
• Diagnose HVAC performance and comfort concerns
• Use gauges and testing equipment to evaluate system operation
• Assist with refrigerant, airflow, electrical, and mechanical work based on training
• Complete service documentation and communicate repair findings
• Maintain tools, materials, and clean job sites
• Travel to residential job locations
• Follow HVAC, electrical, refrigerant, and jobsite safety procedures

What We Are Looking For

• Two-year HVAC program completion or previous professional HVAC experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Personal set of core HVAC tools, including gauges
• Understanding of refrigeration, heating, electrical, and airflow fundamentals
• EPA certification is preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Professional communication inside customers’ homes
• Willingness to continue learning and developing field skills

Tools and Materials

You will provide your core hand tools and HVAC gauges. The employer will purchase job supplies, materials, and specialty tools needed for the work.
