1st and 2nd Shift | Production Bonus Available

Express Employment Professionals is hiring MIG/TIG Production Welders to manufacture metal sports equipment. Openings are available on both 1st and 2nd shift.

This is a production welding position for candidates who can maintain consistent weld quality while meeting daily production expectations. In addition to regular compensation, this opportunity includes a production-based bonus that rewards strong output.

What You Will Do

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on metal components
• Fit, tack, and weld parts according to work instructions
• Use fixtures and measurements to maintain proper alignment
• Inspect welds for consistency, penetration, appearance, and defects
• Grind, clean, or finish completed welds as required
• Follow established welding procedures and production standards
• Maintain steady output without sacrificing quality
• Report damaged materials, fixture problems, or quality concerns
• Maintain an organized welding station
• Follow all required welding and equipment safety practices

What We Are Looking For

• Previous MIG, TIG, or production welding experience
• Ability to produce consistent and repeatable welds
• Familiarity with basic fabrication tools and measuring equipment
• Ability to read basic prints, measurements, or work instructions
• Strong attendance and production reliability
• Ability to balance quality with production goals
• Availability for either 1st or 2nd shift
