Express Employment Professionals is hiring a 2nd Shift Robotics and Industrial Maintenance Technician for an automated automotive manufacturing operation. This opening is designed for a technician who enjoys diagnosing robotic systems, electronic controls, sensors, and production equipment.

You will support automated manufacturing cells and respond to technical problems that affect safety, quality, and production. Strong electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills are essential.

What You Will Do

• Troubleshoot industrial robots and automated production equipment
• Diagnose electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment failures
• Repair sensors, switches, controls, motors, and related components
• Support robotic cells, automated fixtures, and production machinery
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
• Assist with equipment startups, adjustments, and production changeovers
• Read electrical diagrams, equipment manuals, and technical documentation
• Use meters and diagnostic tools to isolate equipment problems
• Document completed repairs and recurring failures
• Work with production employees to restore equipment safely and efficiently

What We Are Looking For

• Industrial maintenance, automation, electronics, or robotics experience
• Strong electrical and electronic troubleshooting ability
• Experience working with industrial robots or automated manufacturing cells
• Knowledge of sensors, controls, motors, and industrial electrical systems
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
• Automotive manufacturing experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently during equipment breakdowns
• Availability for 2nd shift
