Express Employment Professionals is hiring a 3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Supervisor for a high-volume food processing facility. This is a working leadership position for someone who understands industrial equipment and can confidently direct maintenance activity during an overnight shift.

The ideal candidate has experience with welding, motors, electrical troubleshooting, and production equipment. Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are highly valued.

What You Will Do

• Lead maintenance technicians throughout the 3rd shift
• Assign preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting work
• Respond to production equipment breakdowns and establish repair priorities
• Troubleshoot motors, electrical components, mechanical systems, and production machinery
• Perform or support welding and fabrication repairs
• Coordinate maintenance work around production and sanitation requirements
• Coach technicians and reinforce safe work practices
• Document completed repairs and communicate unresolved equipment concerns
• Work closely with production leadership to reduce downtime
• Help identify recurring failures and long-term repair needs

What We Are Looking For

• Previous industrial maintenance leadership experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience repairing industrial motors and production equipment
• Welding and fabrication ability
• Food processing, meat processing, or high-volume manufacturing experience is preferred
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a strong plus
• Ability to lead calmly and make decisions during equipment breakdowns
• Availability for a consistent 3rd shift schedule
