What You'll Do

• Source and identify qualified candidates using recruiting platforms and networking tools
• Recruit, interview, and place talent with local employers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with job seekers and client companies
• Manage and support a workforce of up to 70 associates
• Deliver exceptional service throughout the employment lifecycle
• Contribute to business growth through talent acquisition and relationship management

What We're Looking For

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or a professional office environment 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and earn trust
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• High energy and confidence communicating by phone and in person
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
