Production Operator
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule (7:00 AM-7:00 PM or 7:00 PM-7:00 AM). Shift rotates between days and nights approximately every 8 weeks.

About the Role
We're looking for a Production Operator with manufacturing experience and strong mechanical aptitude to support our production operations in Menomonie, WI.
In this role, you'll operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment, perform quality checks, assist with machine setup and changeovers, and help ensure products meet production and quality standards. If you enjoy working in a production, manufacturing, factory, or machine operator environment, this could be an excellent fit.
What You'll Do
- Operate manufacturing equipment according to established specifications and run settings
- Prepare, load, and adjust machine parameters for raw materials
- Operate cutting, gluing, conveyor, vision inspection, and packaging equipment
- Read, monitor, and respond to PLC/HMI systems
- Perform machine setup activities and changeovers
- Safely use hand tools as needed
- Conduct routine quality inspections throughout production
- Identify equipment issues and assist with troubleshooting efforts
- Perform basic preventive maintenance activities
- Follow Lean Manufacturing principles and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate machine status and production information during shift changes
- Assist with inventory activities and other duties as assigned
What Will Help You Succeed
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
- At least 2 years of consecutive employment with one employer
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and production documentation
- Basic math skills
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Adaptability in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
