Electrical Assembly Assistant

This is more of a trainee position studying under the existing lead with entry criteria being some exposure to and comfort with electrical assembly tools and good attention to detail. The opportunity is for growth into the electrical lead role. So pay would start at $20 and could go up to $24 (DOE), if there's a super solid candidate who already has sign assembly experience, and they would receive raises in accordance with their demonstrated experience and proficiency. 

We only do Class II connections, and nobody is making final connections in the shop other than plugging in to test, so full electrical proficiency like you'd get with a residential or commercial electrician is not necessary. Much of the role is sign assembly, with electrical experience helping make sure the connections are solid.
