Job Summary

A local business is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage daily financial operations. You will work independently to handle all accounting tasks through the production of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Accounting: Enter receipts and process accounts payable.
Banking: Reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements.
Payroll: Manage employee payroll and file payroll tax forms.
Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
Experience with Yardi property management software is highly preferred.

Full Time Evaluation Hire Position

M-F 8:00 am-5:00 pm

$17.00 / hour
