We're looking for a dependable Office & Warehouse Clerk who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and isn't afraid to jump in where needed. This role combines office administration, customer service, inventory tracking, and hands-on warehouse support, making it perfect for someone who likes staying busy and being an important part of the team.

Responsibilities

• Take and place customer orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records and spreadsheets
• Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks
• Support Accounts Receivable and other office functions
• Utilize Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and phone communication
• Help with picking, packing, and unloading trucks when needed
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Assist with the transition to a new ERP system (training provided)

Qualifications

• Intermediate computer skills required
• Experience with Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
• Customer service experience required 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in both office and warehouse environments
• Willingness to assist with warehouse duties as needed
• Ability to lift and move products when required
