Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for an Outside Sales Representative position for an East Texas company! We are a full-service staffing firm partnering with companies throughout East Texas offering full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person sales calls and client presentations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage a sales pipeline and grow existing accounts
• Collaborate with leadership to execute sales strategies

Requirements:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
• Familiarity with the East Texas market is a plus
