Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Outdoor Lighting Installation Technician to join a growing team. This position offers a unique blend of landscaping and construction work, installing outdoor lighting systems at residential and commercial properties throughout Oregon. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, thrives in a team environment, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with room for growth.
Responsibilities
- Prepare materials, equipment, and tools for each day's projects
- Load and organize products and supplies needed for installations
- Install outdoor lighting systems at residential and commercial properties
- Dig trenches and assist with the installation of wiring, fixtures, and related materials
- Work alongside the installation team to complete projects safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Travel daily to various project locations throughout Oregon
- Assist with additional duties as needed to ensure project completion
Qualifications
- Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Flexible and willing to adapt to changing job sites and daily tasks
- Reliable transportation to report to work each day
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow directions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Previous landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required
Work Schedule
- Monday: 5:00 AM - 6:00 PM (hours vary by project)
- Tuesday: 5:00 AM - 6:00 PM (hours vary by project)
- Wednesday: 5:00 AM - 6:00 PM (hours vary by project)
- Thursday: 5:00 AM - 6:00 PM (hours vary by project)
- Friday: 5:00 AM - 6:00 PM (hours vary by project)

Physical Requirements

- Daily travel to residential and commercial job sites throughout Oregon
- Must be willing and able to travel to a variety of project locations each day
