Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Line Maintenance Technician to join a growing team. This position is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting production equipment and facility systems to ensure efficient operations and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on production equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete repairs in a timely manner
• Conduct inspections to identify potential maintenance concerns
• Replace worn or damaged parts and components
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with equipment installations and facility improvements
• Work closely with production personnel to ensure operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, industrial maintenance, or mechanical repair experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Technical training or maintenance certifications are a plus
