💲 Comprehensive Pay & Career Progression
This position offers a transparent path to rapidly increase your earnings, with the opportunity to earn a minimum of $60,650 in your first year!

Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour + 10% night shift premium pay.

90-Day Milestone: Eligible for a $1.00/hr increase ($26.00/hr) upon completion of initial training.

12-Month Milestone: Eligible for an additional $2.00/hr increase ($28.00/hr) upon completion of advanced training. (Year 2 earning potential: $66,250+).

Future Leadership: Fully signed-off team members are eligible to step into Lead roles, carrying an additional $2.00/hr increase.

Predictable Planning: Schedules are made a full year in advance—know your exact days off for the entire year!

Shift Structure: 12-hour shifts with 3 to 4 days off every single week.

Built-in Overtime: 2 hours of overtime are guaranteed each shift, with additional optional OT available.

Rotation: Rotating to night shifts on a quarterly basis.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Equipment Operation: Safely monitor and operate advanced chemical process equipment using a computerized control system.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Strictly follow established SOPs to maintain rigorous industry safety and quality metrics.

Data & Documentation: Monitor, analyze, and accurately record equipment and process conditions to ensure precise production runs.

Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a responsible, self-directed production team under a dedicated supervisory leader.

Safety Compliance: Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintain a clean, secure workspace.
