As the Accounting Supervisor/Manager, you'll be in charge of:

·         Oversee all construction accounting functions, including job cost tracking, project billing, accounts payable/receivable, lien management, and monthly financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.

·         Manage project financial performance by monitoring budgets, forecasting costs, analyzing variances, and partnering with project managers to maximize profitability and mitigate financial risks.

·         Supervise and develop accounting staff, establish internal controls, and ensure adherence to GAAP, company policies, and construction industry regulations.

·         Prepare and review financial statements, work-in-progress (WIP) schedules, cash flow projections, and audit documentation while supporting strategic decision-making for senior leadership.

 

Our ideal Accounting Supervisor candidate

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 5+ years in accounting and supervising
• CPA and public accounting experience preferred
