Job Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals.
• Package finished products according to company specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
• Assemble boxes, prepare pallets, and stage finished products for shipment.
• Monitor packaging equipment and report any mechanical issues or production concerns.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Keep the work area clean and organized while following GMP, food safety, and company policies.
• Assist with general production duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or packaging experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
• Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must provide at least two verifiable professional references.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
