General Labor / Lumber Stacker

Looking for an active, hands-on job where you can work outdoors and be part of a hardworking team? We are hiring General Labor / Lumber Stackers for a growing manufacturing facility in Colfax, WI. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy physical work and are looking for stable, long-term employment.

Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
No weekends!

What You'll Do

Stack, organize, and band lumber for shipment.
Feed plywood and lumber products through the production process.
Assist with packaging and preparing finished materials.
Safely move materials throughout the yard.
Operate a forklift when needed (experience is a plus but not required).
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work with your team to meet daily production goals.

Work Environment

This position is primarily outdoors in a lumber yard. Employees work in a variety of weather conditions throughout the year while performing physical, fast-paced work. If you enjoy working outside and staying active instead of sitting at a desk, this could be the perfect fit.

Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly.
Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the workday.
Able to work outdoors in all seasons.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work safely in a team environment.
Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
