• Analyze project specifications and plans to determine scope of work.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for plumbing and piping projects.
• Conduct material takeoffs and evaluate labor and equipment costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to refine estimates.
• Prepare and present bids to clients, explaining the breakdown of costs.
• Identify potential project risks and recommend cost-saving measures.

• Proven experience as a plumbing piping estimator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
