Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician for a growing company. This position is ideal for an individual with experience in HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing who is committed to delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems.
Perform preventative maintenance and routine service on residential and commercial equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to determine the most effective solutions.
Install, repair, and replace HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing components as needed.
Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Accurately document work performed, materials used, and service recommendations.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized condition.
Provide outstanding customer service by communicating clearly with customers and addressing their concerns.
Previous experience in HVAC, refrigeration, and/or plumbing is required.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
EPA Certification and/or applicable trade certifications are preferred but not required.
Consistent Monday-Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off.
