Temporary Packer/Loader Job Summary: A local furniture company is looking for a temporary personal for a general labor project in a warehouse setting
Temporary Packer/Loader Responsibilities:
- Pack electronic components according to quality and customer specifications to ensure products are protected during shipment.
- Handle delicate electronic parts with care to prevent damage from impact, static electricity, or contamination.
- Load finished products onto trailers while maintaining safe and efficient loading practices.
- Build, wrap, and palletize shipments to ensure stability during storage and transportation.
- Verify product counts and inspect items for quality before packaging and shipment.
- Use pallet jacks and other material handling equipment to move products throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production, packaging, and shipping deadlines.
Schedule & Pay:
- 8:00am-5:00pm; Monday-Friday (until done)
- $22.00/HR
Temporary Packer/Loader Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle delicate electronic components with care.
- Experience building, wrapping, and palletizing shipments for safe transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and experience using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
