Salary: $35-50 DOE

Master Automotive Technician (A-Level)

Pay: $35.00–$50.00 per hour (DOE)

Pay is based on experience and qualifications

$35.00–$40.00/hour for technicians with 6–10 years of experience

$40.00–$50.00/hour for technicians with 10+ years of experience

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Automotive Technician with at least six years of professional experience to join a growing, family-oriented automotive repair shop. Responsibilities

· Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of vehicles

· Perform accurate, high-quality repairs the first time

· Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues

· Maintain productivity while upholding quality standards

· Work independently with minimal supervision

· Contribute to a positive, team-oriented shop culture

 

Qualifications

· Minimum of 6 years of professional automotive technician experience

· Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

· Valid driver's license

· Full set of personal hand tools

· ASE Certifications preferred but not required

· European vehicle experience is a plus

 

Schedule

· Full-time

· Choose a 4-day or 5-day work week

· No weekends
