Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain training and quality system data with a high degree of accuracy.
• Prepare training course configurations within the company's quality management system.
• Verify information and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with team members and support additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and basic Excel.
• Typing speed of at least 55 words per minute with accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
