A company in Flatwoods (KY) is looking for a Digital Print Operator to join their production team.

You will work with and support their production team, playing a key role in the daily print production, processes, and output at our shop.

Your main role and focus will be working in our Direct to Film (DTF) department. Your daily duties will include:

• Running our Direct to Film (DTF) printer to produce transfers
• Rolling, cutting, and printing transfers
• Shipping transfer orders
• Pressing heat transfers
• Daily maintenance of our DTF printer, equipment, and department

You will also learn all aspects of our production process to help with tasks such as:

• Receiving inventory and staging shirts for printing
• Folding, bagging, and sorting shirts for fulfillment
• Keeping the production area clean and organized

WORK SCHEDULE & REQUIRED AVAILABILITY

• Full-time = 35 - 40 hours per week M - F, 8:30-5 PM

BASIC SKILLS REQUIRED

• Comfortable using computers and technology.
• Ability to self-manage
• Willingness to learn and desire to work
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, kneel, and crouch in order to operate and service DTF equipment

DESIRED SKILLS

• Previous experience printing DTF or other large format printers
• Basic understanding of digital colors and color theory
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite / Graphic Design experience
