PRODUCTION SPECIALIST

A company in Flatwoods (KY) is looking for a Production Specialist to join their production team.

As a Production Specialist, you will collaborate with and support our production team, playing a key role in the success of the daily print production processes and output.

You will learn all aspects of our production process to help with tasks such as:

• Catching and inspecting shirts coming off the dryer
• Receiving inventory and staging shirts for printing
• Detaping and reclaiming screens
• Folding, bagging, and sorting shirts for fulfillment
• Cleaning squeegees and floodbars
• Keeping the production area clean and organized
• Setting up and breaking down jobs
• Pressing heat transfers

WORK SCHEDULE

• Full-time
• 35 - 40 hours per week
• M - F
• Hours are from 8:30AM-5:00 PM

BASIC SKILLS REQUIRED

• Ability to self-manage
• Willingness to learn and desire to work
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, kneel, and crouch in order to operate and service equipment
• Comfortable using computers and technology

DESIRED SKILLS

• Comfortable operating various tools and equipment
• Experience working in a production environment
• Previous experience working in screen printing, embroidery, or digital printing
