Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance operations for a residential property. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in general repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting across multiple building systems. This role requires reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• General Repairs — Perform skilled maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs.

• Preventative Maintenance — Inspect units and common areas, identify issues early, and complete scheduled upkeep.

• Unit Turnovers — Prepare vacant units for new tenants, ensuring all repairs and cleaning are completed to standard.

• Work Orders — Complete maintenance tickets accurately, efficiently, and within required timelines.

• Safety Compliance — Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.

• Customer Service — Interact professionally with tenants and staff while resolving maintenance concerns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property or building maintenance experience

• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently

• Reliable, professional, and able to communicate clearly

• Must be able to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks

• Personal tools are preferred but not required
