We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our production team on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for operating equipment safely and efficiently, monitoring production runs, maintaining quality standards, and meeting daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of machine operator experience in manufacturing
• Strong attention to quality and safety
• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Preferred:

• Food manufacturing experience
• Leadership experience
• Bilingual skills
