Job Title: 2nd Shift CNC Operator #2 (Wed–Fri)
Job Description
- Operate CNC lathes to produce machined parts from bar stock.
- Load machines with bar stock.
- Perform tool changes, tool touch-offs, and reset tool count registers.
- Monitor tooling wear.
- Perform part inspections according to control plans and quality requirements.
- Enter quality and production data into the online business system.
- Maintain part quality through machine offsets and adjustments.
- Meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance following manufacturer guidelines.
- Communicate shift information and document production activities.
- Complete required electronic and paper logs.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions.
- Operate multiple similar machines as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule
Afternoon/Evening Shift (12-Hour Shift)
- Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Thursday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Friday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours total).
Work Environment
- Manufacturing plant environment
- Noise levels may be elevated, but normal conversation can still be heard nearby
- Facility is not temperature controlled
- Exposure to machinery, manufacturing processes, and varying temperatures
