Job Summary

We are hiring dependable General Labor Associates for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing production facility. This position operates on 2nd shift and requires training on 1st shift for 30–60 days. Candidates must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a cold assembly-line environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety policies, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), and client guidelines.
• Notify team leads immediately of any out-of-specification product or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Requisition materials as needed to support production.
• Operate production and packaging equipment, including:
  • Case Erectors
  • Case Packers
  • Case Sealers
• Hand-pack bagged products according to quality and production standards.
• Verify product quality, packaging integrity, and accuracy.
• Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Basic English communication skills required.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 13 hours when required.
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and other physical activities.
• Ability to work in temperature conditions ranging from -30°F to 176°F, where applicable.
• Comfortable working in a cold assembly-line environment.
• Ability to handle moderate physical activity, including continuous standing for 10–13 hours.

Requirements

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass a 7-year criminal background check.
• Must be available to train on 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) for 30–60 days before moving to 2nd shift.
