Job Title: Warranty Parts Administrator (Evaluation-to-Hire)

Pay: $27.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Parts Administrator to support warranty and returned parts operations. This role is responsible for managing RMA processes, tracking warranty parts, coordinating repairs, and ensuring accurate documentation across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and warranty claims
• Assist customers with part return procedures and related inquiries
• Receive and evaluate returned parts, determine disposition, and complete required documentation
• Process RMA and warranty information using SAP and Kardex systems
• Coordinate internal and external repairs for returned parts
• Lead bi-weekly meetings with the Service Department regarding outstanding warranty returns
• Follow up with customers on warranty parts returns on a regular basis
• Prepare weekly status reports and inventory variance reconciliations
• Serve as backup support for order processing and order picking during peak workload periods or employee absences
• Maintain accurate records and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• SAP experience preferred
