Express Employment Professionals of Centennial is hiring a Titles Manager for a local, growing refinancing company. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader who is comfortable holding their team accountable, coaching on employee performance and maintaining productivity. 

 

Job Highlights:

 

• Oversee a team of 7 employees
• Ensures the company tag and title work meets all state requirements
• Prepares and submits all legal transfer documents to the state department of motor vehicles (DMV)
• Manages vehicle documentation, including tax and title information, registrations, etc.
• Processes DMV paperwork for a new, used and wholesale vehicles for the dealership
• Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lienholders paid off before processing titles applications
• Prepares payoff checks for new vehicle and trade-ins or assist accounting with such
• Maintains a system to verify out-of-state titles
• Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work. Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provides a current list of outstanding titles to the SVP of finance and COO at the end of the month.

What we look for:

• 2+ years' proven experience leading a team
• Highest level of accuracy, attention to detail and professionalism 
• Experience working with Phoenix CRM is preferred, but not required
• Applicants that come from come from the following industries will be prioritized: automotive dealerships, DMV operations, mortgage, title companies, lending, compliance, etc.
• Willingness to undergo drug & background testing compliant with Federal Law
