Our manufacturing client in Elkhorn, WI is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team! This is a direct hire opportunity, offering permanent employment from day one with a stable and growing company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Enter incoming purchase orders into the ERP system accurately and maintain updated records (revisions, ship dates, quantities, and location changes)

Communicate order updates and changes internally with appropriate departments

Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding open or shipped purchase orders

Coordinate and confirm shipping dates with customers

Prepare and send reports, documents, and order updates as requested

Support team coverage by assisting with backup responsibilities within the Customer Service department

 

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to exercise sound judgment in customer and internal interactions

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Comfortable working with limited supervision

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, ERP, and CRM systems

Team-oriented and adaptable to changing business needs

Must follow all company safety policies and compliance standards

Ability to report food safety and quality concerns when applicable
