Customer Service Representative

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a manufacturing company in Milwaukee, WI to find an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team!

What You’ll Do:
• Enter and quote spare parts orders
• Provide phone support to customers regarding spare parts
• Create spare parts lists from bills of materials
• Assist customers with expedited parts for field breakdowns
• Review pricing and margins
• Maintain inventory lists and assist with excess/obsolete inventory
• Set up parts and vendors in the business system
• Monitor and redirect incoming general emails
• Provide backup support to other Customer Service Representatives
• Assist with service receiving and order processing

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of related customer service experience
Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Strong Microsoft Word & Excel skills
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle customer calls, orders and requests
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
High school diploma required
Experience with IFS, bills of materials, queries or quick reports is a plus

Location: Milwaukee, WI – ONSITE
Pay: $22–$27/hour – Based on Experience
Shift: 1st Shift
