Competitive base salary $33K plus uncapped commission.
Earning potential of $70,000+++ annually with no commission cap.

What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through account development, business development, and consultative sales within a manufacturing environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Grow and manage assigned customer accounts while developing new business opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, and convert prospective customers into long-term clients.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, wholesalers, and industry partners.
• Recommend product solutions through consultative sales conversations.
• Conduct virtual and occasional on-site product presentations and customer training.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records using Salesforce CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Partner with operations, production, and customer service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of inside sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals and revenue targets.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience selling within a B2B manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Experience in flooring, trim, millwork, building materials, or working with distributors and wholesale partners is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
