Job Title: Customer Service Representative (B2B Experience Required)
Location: SW Chicago, near Pulaski & 47th
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with B2B or Account Management experience to join the team of our prestigious client. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for business clients, handling inquiries, issues, and requests efficiently and professionally.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage day-to-day communication with clients, providing updates on orders, shipments, and any issues that arise.
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, etc.) to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Process orders, returns, and service requests while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
Address complex customer service challenges and work proactively to find solutions that meet client needs.
Work closely with the account management team to ensure smooth operations and exceed client expectations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience and optimize service delivery.
Meet or exceed individual performance and service-level goals.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, with a strong emphasis on B2B or Account Management.
Demonstrated ability to manage and nurture business relationships in a professional manner.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
A proactive, client-first attitude with a focus on long-term business relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with order management systems or customer service platforms.
Bilingual candidates are a plus.
