Job Duties May Include:

• General property and apartment maintenance
• Punch-out work and unit turns
• Light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Painting, drywall touch-ups, and repairs
• Grounds or exterior maintenance as needed
• Assisting maintenance teams during busy turn season

Qualified Candidates Should Have:

• Previous maintenance, construction, or handyman experience
• Basic tools preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Ability to start quickly
