Tool & Die Maker – 1st Shift

Our client in Mentor, OH is seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker to join a growing metal manufacturing operation. This position supports production through the setup, maintenance, and repair of tooling used in stamping and roll forming processes.

Responsibilities:

• Build, repair, and maintain tooling for metal forming operations
• Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings
• Use precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers
• Troubleshoot tooling issues to minimize downtime
• Support continuous improvement and production efficiency initiatives

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of tool and die experience preferred
• Apprentices encouraged to apply
• Strong understanding of tool and die processes and metal fabrication
• Ability to read prints and perform precise measurements
